Argentina

Argentina included in case we role a MultiSite later.

Hosteria La Casa de Eugenia

As far as hosterias (lodges) go, this little property ticks most boxes with a high boutique appeal. A former National parks administration office built in 1927 and one of the first in town, the house is listed as a national heritage building and has been running as a B&B since 1997.

Destino Sur

Destino Sur is a new arrival in the now fast developing town of El Chalten, Argentina’s trekking capital. It is certainly not cosy and small like some of the lodges present here and so like the nearby Los Cerros, it does stand out a little amongst the properties in this sleepy town.

Hosteria Senderos

A great recent addition to our recommended hosterias portfolio, the Hosteria Senderos is one of a handful of properties that we strongly recommend in El Chalten. Well located in the centre of the village and offering views to the Fitz Roy, great service and great food, there is very little to fault it on.

Dazzler Palermo Hotel

A very affordable hotel in the heart of the trendy Palermo Hollywood district, a safe option if you desire location over substance.

The Mine Hotel

The Mine may not have the “Wow” factor but it does has a lot going for it and does a good job to appeal a wide rage of customers. This hotel has plenty of charm with a contemporary twist.

Mio Hotel

The Mio is owned by the Catena wine producing family and has something to offer a design sensitive boutique hotel orientated clientele. We think this hotel perhaps lacks substance in places so we are not so sure it is worth the price tag. However, this is purely an aesthetic consideration which we understand is totally subjective.

Buenos Aires Grand Hotel

The Grand is part of a hotel group with quite distinct brand properties in Iguazu and Punta del Este in Uruguay. The Grand Buenos Aires would suit someone who wants all modern commodities, the service standards of a boutique property but with a more affordable price tag. Well located in the Recoleta District, this is certainly a good option in the main.

Hub Porteno

This property will appeal to clients in search of something a little bit special in the myriad of boutique properties which have sprung up in town in quick succession recently.

Algodon Mansion

Located just 3 blocks from Recoleta Cemetery, the Relais & Chateaux Algodon Mansion oozes class without too much exuberance and so retaining a welcoming and relaxed ambience. There are plenty of in-house facilities to enjoy once all the city sightseeing activities are over.

Tierra del Fuego

Located right down in the very south of Argentina, the ski resorts and slopes of Tierra del Fuego offer some of the best skiing to be had anywhere in Argentina and the world. Located just a stone’s throw from the main town of Ushuaia, it is easy to combine a few days on the slopes with some superb food, walking and outdoor activities. Moreover, with some of the only southerly facing slopes in the world, the powder that is offered here is indescribable!
