A well-appointed alpine style hosteria in San Martin de Los Andes for clients who want the basics of a decent lodge with a polished look and a few facilities at a budget price. This is perhaps as far off as you’ll get from your typical boutique look property.
The Vines is a property unlike any other in Mendoza. It reminds us a little of Awasi Patagonia in Chile in architectural terms and Tierra Hotels for its informal approach but very dedicated service.
Entre Cielos aims high…and delivers. For us it is a fantastic property with vast grounds and views of the cordillera mountain range resembling somewhat a contemporary art centre with a 1960’s chic aesthetic.
On the whole, this hotel provides is a good compromise between price and location. La Cantera will appeal to clients looking to keep costs down but stay somewhere more interesting than in town. This is a good recommendation if your budget doesn’t stretch their budget to at nearby Loi Suites or the Sheraton Hotel within the confines of the falls National Park.
