Las Balsas Gourmet Hotel & Spa

Las Balsas Gourmet Hotel & Spa, a member of the elite Relais & Chateau Hotels, really is a treat! While it looks very much like it should have been a family home, it was, in fact designed always as a hotel. I guess this fact gives an idea as to what to expect…a home from home.

Correntoso Lake and River Hotel

The Correntoso Lake and River Hotel is located right on the shores of the Nahuel Huapi Lake and offers a tranquil haven to rest and revitalise. Having been here for around 70 years, the hotel has a familiar feel to it, combining Beech and Lenga woods and plush leather and fabrics.

El Casco Art Hotel

Definitely the pick of the “out of town” hotels, the El Casco Art Hotel is one of the top hotels in the region. As the name implies, the main theme of the hotel is based around art, which is featured in all the rooms and main areas. The rooms are opulent and luxurious and all feature superb views out to the lakeshore beyond.

Hosteria Los Notros

Undoubtedly the most famous hotel in and around El Calafate, Los Notros Hotel offers one the best, natural views in all of Argentina, with the full southern face of the Perito Moreno glacier a few hundred meters away. Along with this, the hotel prides itself on its level of food, comfort and overall service. We agree!

Hotel Edelweiss

There is a certain feeling with many of the town hotels in Bariloche, that they cater more to the winter market rather than the summer market. This is evident in the Hotel Edelweiss. Arguably the best of the town hotels, the rooms are comfortable and well appointed on the whole. Similarly, they cater to the après ski market with saunas and Jacuzzis.
