An itinerary that is designed for those that are looking to take in many of Argentina's best sights, but who also want to remain fairly active on their trip. Featuring a collection of contemporary hotels in great locations, this gives a superb overview of what Argentina is about. Raw natural beauty, outstanding culture, food and wine, and vast distances! This is probably one of our favourite itineraries in the price range and really does offer great value for money.

Make your way to Buenos Aires

Fly to Buenos Aires international airport and met on arrival.

2-4

Buenos Aires

Met on arrival and transferred to the Nuss Hotel to stay for 3 nights on a B&B basis. Located in the Palermo district of the city, you are right in the heart of the most vibrant area, with plenty of interesting shops, small squares and coffee houses. In such a vibrant and exciting city there are plenty of activities to occupy your time such as a Tango show or looking at the many interesting buildings dotted around the city. - includes a 4 hour city tour on day 3.

5-7

El Calafate

Met and transferred to the airport for the flight across to El Calafate. Met on arrival and transferred to the Design Suites to stay for 3 nights on a B&B basis. Using this funky hotel, with views out to the Lago Argentina, as a base, you will spend the next 3 days viewing the famous Perito Moreno Glacier, and the Los Glaciares National Park. This windswept and barren region typifies the Patagonian Steppe and is, in its own way, jaw-droppingly beautiful. - includes a private excursion to the Perito Moreno

8-9

El Chalten

Met and transferred across to El Chalten approximately 2 hours to the north of El Calafate. Where El Calafate is famous for the glacier flows and the stunning grasslands, El Chalten is a destination for those looking to see the famous and awe-inspiring Mount Fitz Roy. Comparable with the infamous Torres del Paine in Chile, this stunning series of pinnacles are an activity hotspot, with superb walking, climbing and rafting activities to be done, all with the mount as a backdrop.

Mendoza and the winelands

Transferred in the morning back to the airport in time for the flight up to Mendoza, the centre of the Argentine wine growing district. Met on arrival and transferred to the superb Club Tapiz to stay for 3 nights on a B&B basis. Using the hotel as your base you will have the time to take in some of the food and wine of this great region. the hotel itself is a fantastic option as it is set right in its own vines, with a superb restaurant and swimming pool…you need not leave!

The Iguazu Falls

Transferred to the airport for the flight via Buenos Aires to Iguazu. Met on arrival and transferred to the Loi Suites to stay for 2 nights on a B&B basis. Set in virgin rainforest, the Loi Suites are definitely the pick of the hotels in the region, and is ideal for exploring this superb location. - includes a full day at the Argentine side of the falls

Las Pampas

Transferred in the morning back to the airport for the short flight back to Buenos Aires. Met and transferred out to the Pampas region an hour out of the city to spend an afternoon and the following morning relaxing with fine wine and food.

Head home

Met and transferred to the International Airport to connect onto your international flights home.
